By creating an account or using MDTalks you agree to these terms.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post or send content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, spam, or that infringes someone else's rights. You must not impersonate others or abuse other users.
Every post, comment and profile has a Report option, and you can Block any user so you no longer see each other's content. We review reports within 24 hours. Content that receives several reports is hidden automatically until reviewed. We remove content that breaks these terms and suspend or permanently ban the users who posted it.
You own what you post. You give MDTalks a licence to store and show it inside the service. You are responsible for what you post.
You must be at least 13. Keep your password safe. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
These terms are between you and MDTalks, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
